Cancellation and Refund Policy:
In the event that our program is cancelled or rescheduled by the organization, we will reschedule or there will be a full refund of all monies.
In the event that a participant cancel their registration at least 7 days before the training, there will be a full refund. In the event that there is a cancellation after 7 days, there will be no refund issued.
Complaint Policy:
In the event that a PSL client complains about unfair service, unsatisfactory of the program or CE workshop, it is the PSL's mission to provide a distinct resolution. Each complaint will be received by our customer support team and resolved within 48 hours. If you have a complaint about the course offering, please reach out to Ms. Sharon DeGuzman no later than 3 days after the course has been offered.
